My thoughts on the book:
Maddy is an ex FBI agent and she was good at her job, however things happened and it seem to blow up in her face and now she is a body guard of her own company. She is happy with what she doing and is glad to have her friend Quinn back on his feet, however it seems that someone is after them and now they need to find out why and who. Quinn has a few secrets he plans to keep close to his heart and he does have a way of keeping people at bay. But when he pushed his friend away a little to hard he knows he needs to apologize. However when someone seems to be after him and Maddy he is not more concerned about staying alive and keeping those close to them safe.
Oh. My. Gosh the author knock it out of the park with this book and did not disappoint one bit. The book was completely high impact and not one slow moment from page one to the last page has you on the edge of your seat. You find yourself sucked in and you just can't put the book down. I have really enjoyed this series completely and this book was no different and it will not disappoint. Grab this series because you don't want to miss anything.

My thoughts on the book:
Katie is so ready for a break and for vacation, she's glad there is finally that break. Well until on her way home she see one of her students restaurant on fire and is hired by her to protect her uncle. What Katie can't put her finger on is they are missing something or someone and that person or persons want them dead. Daniel is tired and ready to go home when he hears a strange noise and find the last thing he expects. When he sets out to investigate he finds his niece has hired a team to protect them and not matter what he's stuck. But it seems that no matter who gets in the way of the person who wants him they will stop at nothing. Will Katie and Daniel be able to come together to stop them before its to late or will he loose someone else who's close to him?
This is my second book by Lynette in a matter of weeks and I just can not get enough of her books. If you have ever read anything by Dee Henderson then her books are for you and if you haven't then seriously grab this series you will not regret it. Lynette has a way of taking a intense book and writing someone with a sassy personality into the storyline that just at the right moment has you laughing and then in the next has you on the edge of your seat leaving you wanting more. I seriously loved this book. I got to the end at right when I thought it was over it gave me just a little more to leave me wanting more. It does not leaving you in a cliffhanger which I appreciated as a reader. I can honestly say there really wasn't anything about this book I did not enjoy. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do, these lady's know how to kick some butt and enjoy doing it.

My thoughts on the book:
Oliva has to step in to protect a clint that just may not want to be protected but her and her staff will to it because thats what they were hired to do and nothing or no one will stop her. In this case she is stumped though something is not adding up and she knows she needs to put her finger on it or someone could die, because it seems the closer she gets to uncovering the answers, the closer the killer is getting to being upset. Wade knows something is not right but he knows he needs to keep his eyes open. When he finds out he has body guards he's not keen on it but he will stop at nothing to protect those close to him at all cost. When his dad drops a secret he knows he needs to take this all that much serious. Will he be able to protect those he loves and his heart? Will Oliva be able to keep him mind on what in front of her with this case or will the pass come back haunting her?
Where to begin, this book has left me speechless so amazing. If your like me as a reader you will think you have it all figured out this is the first few chapters and then when you find out yep not what you think, thats this book. I really could not put this book down I needed to know what was happening. I loved the characters and I hope for more to come of Maddy and Quinn's story. I like how the author kept you guessing. I loved everything about this book. I have never read anything by this author and I can't wait to read more from her. If I had to compare her to another author it would be Dee Henderson both women have a way of getting your attention and keeping it. You really can not go wrong starting this series off I am sure you will not be disappointed.
