   Description:

After years in special forces, soldier Rohan Telford has exchanged his helmet and flak jacket for his Stetson and heads home to Marietta, Montana to try to regain his place working his family’s thriving cattle ranch. He has one final task to carry out for his fallen team leader. Unfortunately, it involves facing the woman he loved but left. Rohan’s never forgotten Ginny, but she’s never forgiven him.

Still grieving, she’s determined to fulfill her father’s legacy and corral local volunteers to help her open the Harry’s House Annex, a teen center. She’s short on Christmas spirit and that’s before her ex–high school sweetheart Rohan Telford saunters up like twelve years and a messy break up never happened.

Virginia only remembers the bad, but Rohan’s determined to remind her of how good they still are.

My Review:
I have really enjoyed this series so far. I just got done telling someone the characters are so relatable and you feel like you are right in the story with them. The author seems to put a part in the story that really pulls are your heart strings. I also like how she is bringing awareness to soldiers coming home and how its so hard for them to just walk back into civilian life. I really loved Lucas and Mystery. I felt like even though the story was about Rohan and Ginny it was equally about Lucas and his struggles but when he would spout something off I was laughing so hard. I loved being able to catch up with the others in the series its been nice to see there stories still playing out, I really can't wait for more from this group or friends. Overall the author did keep it clean and suitable for most readers. I would say if you love small town feel this may be a quick read for you.

The Ranger by Julia Justiss

 Description:
He can’t resist a puzzle…

When Texas Ranger Brice McAllister spies a sexy woman in short shorts gardening in her backyard, he can’t help but flirt. She shuts him down hard, and Brice is astonished when he realizes this alluring woman is also the aloof and dowdy librarian—complete with thick-framed glasses and a shapeless dress—who helped him research land deeds earlier that day. He’s instantly intrigued and sets out to discover more—namely, why she’s clearly hiding herself.

She can’t attract attention...

After one side of her crime family is involved in her fiancĂ©’s death, Maria Giordano puts half a continent between herself and her L.A. home and family. She moves to Whiskey River and reinvents herself as “Mary,” a serious and plain librarian. Her only indulgence is her garden and cooking with her neighbor’s young daughter. And then she meets Brice.

Maria has every reason to avoid and resent a man with a badge, but when she needs protection, the last man she thinks she can trust is the first one she turns too.

My Review:
I did not read any of the other books in the series but I don't feel like it was hard to catch up on what and who was who. I loved Bunny in this book she was a firecracker and she just was loved by all which made her parts fun to read, she loved everyone and loved to help everyone. I liked Mary but she always seemed to be looking for something wrong even when there wasn’t anything, she was not a favorite of mine in this story. She just seemed really put off. I liked Brice he was so patient and he truly seemed like a true gentleman through out. I liked how he wanted to make things better in the world even things better for his bestie, Bunny!!! This was a quick read and easy to read. Overall this was a semi clean read but completely predicable. I received a complimentary copy of this book. Opinions expressed in this review are completely my own.

Her Fake Romanace Donna Fasano

What's the book about:
"Mom, get a life!"  Her teenage daughter's words were daunting. True, struggling single mom Julia Jones hadn't had a date in over a decade, but she could still catch a man-if she needed to! So Julia, who claimed not to want a husband, found herself entangled in a fake romance.   Ryan Shane was tall, dark, and devastatingly handsome. And he just so happened to need a no-strings date himself. Their plan was perfectly thought out. Until a conveniently staged good-night kiss turned into very inconvenient passion...
This book contains bonus material that includes several delicious recipes!
My thoughts on the book:
whats this book is about, Julia is in away running from her past but also trying to protect her daughter from her own mistakes. She is also trying to run a catering company with a good friend. When she meets Ryan who makes her feel and it scares her, will she be able to get over the past before she looses the feature? In the mean time Ryan is a high divorce attorney or has no desire to ever have a relationship, he moves in with his cousin Charlotte in a new city and he starts his own practice will he be able to find what he's really looking for? Ok so this book a novella and can be read in about 2 or 3 hours such a simple read. However the book does not lack at all. The story line is well written I love how the emotions and the feeling of the characters do not lack and you feel for each one equally. The relationship between Kelly (daughter) and Julia (mother) seems fairly typical but the author has no problem addressing tough issues that teenagers are facing now a days. I would recommend with book to any adult there are some very sizzling moments. Such a fun read I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. Cant wait to read more from this author

At Bluebonnet Lake Amanda Cabot

What's the book about:
Marketing maven Kate Sherwood's world is fast-paced, challenging, and always changing. The last thing she wants to do is slow down to a crawl at Rainbow's End, a dilapidated resort in the Texas Hill Country. But she cannot deny her ailing grandmother's request to visit the place where she and her deceased husband spent one glorious week (albeit fifty years ago). There Kate meets Greg Vange, the resort's handyman. But there's more to Greg than meets the eye--billions more, in fact, as he recently sold his successful software company and is at the resort in search of what's next for his life.

Kate isn't looking for romance, but she can't deny the sparks of attraction that fly every time she and Greg are together. She even starts to see potential in the rundown resort. Could there be a future there? Or will Kate's long-sought promotion take her back to the big city?

Amanda Cabot invites readers to step away from the pressures of the daily grind. They might be surprised by what they find at Rainbow's End.

My thoughts on the book:
I have to say I just love this book. I had a hard time putting it down. Its really not your traditional love story there are 4 main characters and each story was told amazingly.I just Love Sally and Roys story and I found a friend in Carmen and well almost on the characters. With out giving to much a way this is a story you will want to read so you can no what happens. I have never read anything by this author and now can't wait to read more. I can honestly say there is not one thing about this book I did not like.

Christmas in July Debbie Mason

What's the book about:
Grace Flaherty had given up hope of ever seeing her husband again. After all, it'd been over a year since he went missing in combat. So when he strides through the door of her bakery in downtown Christmas one sunny afternoon, she can hardly believe her eyes. But her happily-ever-after is going to take some effort - because Jack has no memory of his family.

All Jack Flaherty remembers about Christmas is that he couldn't wait to leave town. Now he's a local hero with a wife and son he doesn't know. Even as he struggles to rekindle the romance with his wife, he knows in his heart what he wants: a second chance at love.

My Thoughts on the book:
The book starts off really good and stays that way till the end I don't think there is a dull moment in this book, it keeps you wanting more. Right as I thought the book was ending the author would through another curve ball. Over all the story line was well written and very cute. She does a tribute to out men and women who serve and as an American who comes from a military family that means a lot to me. I think that only thing that is different about this book is it seemed like after one crisis was down another happened but if you think about that's how life works its not all fairy tales and everything is perfect, but for some readers you are so use to having everything be so "put together" in a book and in this case I love how the author did not do that, so over all the book was amazing and I cannot wait to read more from this author.

I got a free copy of this book from Netgalley for my honest option.

My Review of this Book:

Sandra has done it again and you will not be disappointed. Sandra has got to the heart of the matter and gets you sucked in right away and all you can do is enjoy it and hope it doesn't end. This modern day Sleep Beauty is just so cute. I wasn't even through the book all the way when I knew I wanted to read this again and wanted to tell just about anyone who would listen about the book. I love how the characters could be a friend or some one you meet in real life. The story is so life like that you wonder if it really has ever happened and you find yourself including the characters in your prayer list at night. I love how Sandie can make you laugh and cry and leave you still wanting more.

If you have never read any of Sandie's book grab this one and I know you will want to read all of her other books. You are always guaranteed to Laugh in everyone of her books. Each one of her books have character and is very enjoyable and something you will not want to miss out on.

I would give this book a Five star for sure.

Full Disclosure Dee Henderson

What's the book about:
Ann Silver is a cop's cop. As the Midwest Homicide Investigator, she is called in to help local law enforcement on the worst of cases, looking for answers to murder. Hers is one of the region's most trusted investigative positions.

Paul Falcon is the FBI's top murder cop in the Midwest. If the victim carried a federal badge or had a security clearance, odds are good Paul and his team see the case file or work the murder.

Their lives intersect when Ann arrives to pass a case off her desk and onto his. A car wreck and a suspicious death offer a lead on a hired shooter he is tracking. Paul isn't expecting to meet someone, the kind that goes on the personal side of the ledger, but Ann Silver has his attention.

The better he gets to know her, the more Paul realizes her job barely scratches the surface of who she is. She knows spies and soldiers and U.S. Marshals, and has written books about them. She is friends with the former Vice President. People with good reason to be cautious about who they let into their lives deeply trust her. Paul wonders just what secrets Ann is keeping, until she shows him the John Doe Killer case file, and he starts to realize just who this lady he is falling in love with really is...

My thoughts on the book:
So if you are like me this is a book that has been a long time in the coming. Dee Henderson has written the O'Malley series and then a few other books. SO when I found out that she was releasing another book I could not be more happy, I was so happy when I was offered to read an advanced reader copy. So when I got the book in the mail I did not mind a second to stop what I was reading and start reading this book
At first because it has been so many years it took me a sec to connect this book with catching up on some of her characters from her other books, which I loved. I can honestly say there where 2 days I really did not want to go to work so that I could just finally finish this book. It starts off fast and keeps going. I liked how through out the book no one part was rushed but the story was well told. As the characters are struggling with there "demons" and some even come back to haunt them in the book there story doesn't take away from the main story line in the book.I am not trying to be to wishy washy with the story line but if you are an avid reader as I am I hate when people start to tell you about a book and it ruins it. I can tell you this is you have read Dee's other book this book as her others will not let you down.
