My thoughts on the book:
Evan is a simple country boy who is helping on his family farm since he was six, he loves what he does but he has another passion and he keeps that close to his heart as well. When Claire, Darcy, Jemma and Cara walk into his town and into his family lives things start to change. Will he be able to find love and follow his heart or will he be left putting the family back together when one of them causes the family name into question? 
Darcy has always came from a lifestyle where you don't have always wonder where your next meal is coming from. She is a hard working attorney and making a name for herself when her best friend drags her to this backwards town she doesn't make the best impression on everyone. Her family has there own set of secrets and when they are called into question she wonders if she need to look at herself and the way she was brought up and change things. Will she be able to get the answers she's looking for before its to late or will she loose the one thing she's just found and knows she wants like nothing else? 
I really enjoyed this book while it was slow at some points and transitioning seemed to be frustrating at some points it did not take away to much from the over all story line. The book captures your attention and keeps you wanting more to see whats going to happen it keeps you completely drawn in. I really enjoyed Jamie and Evan's relationship and Claire and Darcy's, it seemed like one of these did not fit but as you get more drawn in it just seemed to work perfectly.  The only thing I felt if I could have changed anything is I would have loved to have Darcy's thoughts and play in the book more I think it would have allow me to connect with her more. 
Over all I would have to say I rate this book a 3.5/4 stars it was enjoyable and completely worth the read.

 I have totally enjoyed both Kelly's books I can't wait to read more from her. I love as a reader getting to know more about the authors I have read, So I sat down with Kelly and asked her some questions I hope you enjoy the interview and stick around for the giveaway at the end. 

1)  How did you get into writing and when did I start? 

My parents' attic has a box filled with books we made from fabric and cardboard in the second grade, with my stories written inside.  I was obsessed.  Even when I wasn't physically writing my stories down, I created them constantly and they almost always involved romance.  One of my favorite activities was cutting characters out of magazines and making up stories about them.  I had hundred of envelopes saved, each with their own little cast of paper cutout people inside.

As I got older it became more and more obvious to me that writing as a career would be difficult, if not impossible.  I found myself falling in love with the idea of being a lawyer and working to protect abused children.  The funny thing is that I've managed to pursue that dream and revive my writing aspirations.  My mom passed away right before I graduated law school and got married, and I found myself in a bit of a funk.  She was a musician, and so it felt very important for me to capture and carry on some of her creative spirit.  After some soul searching, my husband suggested I try writing again.  I'd be lying if I said it was easy going.  I wrote The Wedding Date and submitted it to agents, one of whom requested a revise and re-submit.  She ultimately passed on my re-write, but Dawn Dowdle of the Blueridge Literary Agency signed me.  And requested that I re-write my manuscript.  When Grand Central got it on submission, they requested that I pitch a three book series...and of course that I do some major re-writes.  Technically, I've seen my first book published, but I've re-written it at least a dozen times so I'm not sure it counts!

2) What writers really inspire me? 

This is such a hard question to answer because I know and respect so many authors.  Within the romance industry, I very much look up to Kelly Moran.  She writes stories that suck me in and keep me enthralled, she was kind and generous with giving me advice when I was starting out, and she truly loves and values her fans.  She's the type of author I aspire to be in terms of writing style and personality.  Outside of romance, I love The Hunger Games.  I resisted reading it for years because I found the premise gruesome.  Once I started to read I was hooked and I continue to marvel at Suzanne Collins' ability to write compelling characters and fast moving plots.

3)  Do you have other projects in the works?  

I'm in the middle of writing my third Belmont Beach book, which is Ryan's story.  It's a blast to write because he's very witty and sarcastic, so he needed to wind up with a woman who would challenge him.  I have one more plot line in the back of my mind in case I decide to continue with the Belmont Beach series.  If not, I have the first book of my next series written, as well as two plot lines for sequels.  The second series starts with Ben DeLuca, a Hollywood actor who's wrestling with his desire for a more traditional lifestyle and professional photographer Alex Pettit, who is limelight avoidant.  Their chemistry is explosive, but they want completely different things in life.

4)  What do you like to do in your spare time? 

 Spare time?  What's that?  I have a regular day job as a lawyer, which doesn't always leave me the most time for writing.  When I'm not working and not writing I'm often at the gym or walking my dogs.  My husband and I have been active in animal rescue for more than ten years and currently have three cats and two dogs.  I also love to drink wine and eat good food.  Thank goodness we live in Richmond, where there are lots of restaurants to enjoy!

5)  For your own reading do you enjoy e-reader or paperback books?  

Paperback.  I'm guilty of compulsively one click shopping and I love to organize my kindle into different categories, but bookstores and libraries bring me a level of joy and excitement that can never be replicated.  Every Summer I anticipate laying in a pool chair and reading obsessively.  I find myself building huge To Read lists on Goodreads and placing holds on all the newest releases at the library.  I love exploring the library and leaving with a pile of books. That said, my husband and I downsized houses last year, so most books I want to own need to be on Kindle.  Otherwise, there'd be no room for us to live in our house with the books!

I think this is a problem most readers have, Well I know I do. 

6)- I just have fallen in love with the characters of Belmont, Can you

   tell us what your upcoming book The Family Man is all about? 

The Family Man is about Beth Beverly.  We met her as Kate's best friend in The Wedding Date.  She's based on a real life acquaintance of mine who is sunshine personified.  I always admired her, so when it came time to write Beth a lot of her mannerisms popped into my head.  She's attracted to the slightly brooding and mysterious Griffin Hall, who is a former rockstar and moved to the small town of Belmont where he owns a coffee shop and is raising his daughter Mabel.  They're compulsively attracted to one another, but both feel a responsibility to go about dating the "right" way.  I tried to play with this idea that we're all told there are rules to dating and social acceptable ways to pursue our attraction to someone else.  Real life often doesn't work that way and Beth and Griffin the perfect example.  They both feel a strong responsibility for the people in their lives and need to learn how to balance that with pursuing their own happiness.

7)What is one thing you really enjoyed about writing The Family Man?  

Griffin's daughter Mabel.  She's a trip.  I don't have kids but I spent a lot of time babysitting, and my job brings me into contact with a lot of children.  Mabel is spunky and full of fire.  I found her to be endlessly entertaining.  She's one of those characters I didn't have to work to create; she more or less already existed and I just translated her onto paper.

I just love Mabel she is a spitfire and adds to much to this book!!!

8)  Can we expect to see more from the characters of Belmont Beach?  

That's up to my publisher!  To be candid, I wrote The Wedding Date as a standalone and it was my publisher who encouraged me to expand and follow up on some of the other characters. I have a few more Belmont residents I'd love to provide a HEA for, but I'm also satisfied by the opportunity I've had to fully portray this really close friend group.  This reminds me that I need to email my editor and ask her this question!

My thoughts on the book:

Sasha doesn't stay put for long life is always easier that way, at least thats what she keeps telling herself. When she gets a call from her sister to come home she wonders if she should go when things go aray its time to go home and see if she can help out. When her mom asks her to help find her missing brother she starts and people are not happy about it and they are non to happy to help her out. When things start happening she wonders what more sinister things are going on. Jesse is home well where he has always felt like home and no one is happy to see him, well only Sasha, mama Rosa and Blaze but he has to stay and win this race he made a promise and he never breaks his promise. When things go wrong he wonders if someone from his past is after him or if someone is trying to stop him from entering the race. Will he and Sasha be able to get to the bottom of it before some one gets hurt or will it be to late?
I really enjoyed this book. It grabs you in the first chapter and keeps you interested in the story and whats going to happen next the whole book. Its completely captivating. I love how the book keeps you guessing from beginning to the end. There really was no slow part I thought for sure the book was going to end in a cliff hanger and it just got better. There really is nothing bad to say about this book. There is no cussing or not adult talk which make this book perfect for any reader. Seriously you can not go wrong with this book I can not wait to read more from Connie.

My thoughts on the book:

Jessica is a new attorney and due to unforeseen circumstances she is handed a case that most prosecuting attorneys would die to have in there hands. When things start to get crazy she is put under protection of the FBI and is forced to face some of her toughest memories. Zach is fresh out of Quanitco and is looking to prove himself. When he is brought in on a case and is suppose to protect the main attorney he wonders if he's up for the task and if he will be able to protect them both and do his job to the best of his ability. When they both are tract down and keep being tracked down the wonder it there is something more sinister going on. Will they be able to bring justice and get the bad guys put away and stay alive or will things go array and everything blow up in there face?
At first I thought this book was some what predictable but just like any good book it just got better and things changed real quick.  This book is completely captivating and will keep you guessing to the very end. I was completely surprised by the ending and thought it was going one way and it so did not happen that way. This book is a good clean romance and you really can not go wrong with it. I found it hard to put down and found it a really quick read. This book is so worth the read and so worth the purchase.

My thoughts on the book:

Elliot just got out of the Army and he's ready to find a place that feels like home. He's been to his sisters house and his parents house but nothing felt like home. He pulls into Tallgrass, Ok and he realizes he maybe staying for a little bit. Fia is home in Tallgrass she is dealing with the loss of her husband and the one person who loved her unconditionally and she has a secret that could make or break her. She has the Margarita   girls and they are the best sisters and family she could have ever hand picked. When she meets Elliot on a fluke she wonders if she can be normal and have another chance at love. But will the secrets she is hiding destroy any chance with her and Elliot or will they open the doors to so much more?
While the storyline was powerful and at sometimes emotional dealing with love and loss and forgiveness. I felt that the story also was distracting by running another story hand in hand which had no ties to Elliot and Fia's story at all. I found that it took away from the over all flow of the book. I did enjoy the relationship between the women and it shows that loss can really draw people together and bring them to a place of love and healing. I really did enjoy the relationship between Cadence, Marti and Dillion and hope they have a story of there own to come. I feel like this book may be a good book for the right person it just wasn't for me.

My thoughts on the book:

Jill is getting ready for her 30th birthday and it ready to make some big changes in her life. Her friends encourage her to make a vision board and to place all her goals onto it. She wants what everyone around her has a family of her own an husband a good job and most of all a baby. But she wonder if she ever going to be good enough to find that person, she has had her eyes on one person and knows theres no way that is going to happen so when she sets out to find someone she realizes its not as easy as it seems. Sawyer is at a place in his life where he is ready to settle down but being in his home town and being known as a player is not always easy in the search to find MRS. right. His best friend doesn't think he's good enough for his sister Jill and Sawyer wants to see if there is something there. But will Sawyer be able to convince Jack and Jill that his heart is in the right place and he does want happily ever after or will he blow it big time and loose them both?
I really, really enjoyed this book I enjoyed I loved the heart of the story and the author does an amazing way of drawing you in and makes you feel like your more part of the story then just reading the story. There is a part in the book without giving anything away, the situation is so emotional and the raw emotions of the situations are captured so well by the author and put on to paper to just jump out to the reader. I fell in love with Nell she has away of staying in the back ground but letting her presence be known. There are some adult situations in the book as well as strong language so this book is not suitable for all readers. I would highly recommend this book to my friends this book is so well worth the read and the purchase.

My thoughts on the book:

Melanie has been through a a lot and she is finally getting over a relationship that cut her deep. She is not dating and its not on her radar and she is ready to take her job as a publicists for the best racing team to the max and show the newest racer life can be great with them. Aiden is following in his dad's footsteps or at least thats what everyone keeps asking him. To Aiden he is doing what he loves and enjoying life. When life hands him a bunch of distractions he wonders if he could balance it all and win a championship and find the girl of his dreams or will he loose it all?
This book was all about racing and the lifestyle that seems to follow it. The book was a fun read and keeps you drawn in wanting to know whats going to happen and the craziness thats just around the corner. I loved the chemistry in the book between Mel and Aiden and the love from Frank and Nancy to Melanie. I really enjoyed the bond between Aiden and Tom, the relationships built in this book was and seemed very genuine and it was very enjoyable it truly felt like it was all playing out in front of you and not in a book. This book is so worth the read. The book does contain some adult language so it may not appeal to all readers.
